The challenge
The black marble vanities in Hyatt Stratford’s guest bathrooms were suffering from etching and staining. Every day a room was out of action meant lost revenue, so the work had to be fast, clean and carefully scheduled.
Working around the hotel
We worked closely with the hotel team to complete several rooms each day, handing each one back as soon as it was finished so it could be let to guests again straight away.
