Project Overview
the Challenge
Within the restored 18th-century Palladian space of RH Mayfair, delicate natural stone takes center stage. We were brought in to coat and protect all marble features—including high-traffic dining tops, bar counters, and architectural features—with advanced anti-etch sealing technology. The goal was simple: complete protection against acidic spills, etching, and daily wear, without altering the stone’s natural honed or polished feel.

High-Exposure Hospitality Areas: Serving acidic liquids like champagne, wine, citrus, and coffee in spaces like the Wine Bar and Tea Salon meant raw marble was at constant risk of severe chemical etching.

Zero Aesthetic Alteration: The treatment needed to preserve the original finish, color depth, and tactile texture of rare stone varieties (including Bronze Amani marble) with zero yellowing or synthetic shine.
